EFT Supervision for Counselors & Therapists
EFT couples therapy can be challenging, even for the most experienced counselors and therapists.
EFT Supervision helps you…
-
deepen your understanding of the EFT model and how to apply it
-
find your own personal and authentic way of using the model
-
learn new interventions and tools
-
develop strategies for handling difficult situations
-
strengthen the self of the therapist – your ability to regulate yourself when you feel challenged or overwhelmed
-
experience being part of a supportive learning group where exchange, growth, and belonging are tangible
Offer
I provide both individual supervision as well as regular group supervision in EFT.

EFT - Supervision Process & Offer
-
Presenting a Case – You present your case either by describing the situation or – ideally – by showing a 5–15 minute video excerpt from one of your counseling or therapy sessions.
-
Practicing Interventions – Together we practice how to respond to the situation. Supervisors often provide an example of what you could do or say in that moment. This can take the form of a mini role-play, but doesn’t have to. Afterwards, roles are switched.
-
Experiential Work – At times, we use a brief EFT process to explore what the situation brings up emotionally for you.
-
Growth in Focus – EFT supervision is a safe space for growth – always strength-oriented and not about finding or correcting mistakes. Instead, we highlight your existing strengths and support you in developing them further. The group provides only positive feedback on the EFT skills you demonstrate.
